Billing Information

Subscriptions are billed by DigiScan LLC.

Five-Study Trial and Membership

Each new veterinarian account includes five free Regular Hoof Balance studies with no card required. After the fifth successfully analyzed Regular study, continued access requires:

  • DigiHoof Membership — $15 USD/month for continued Regular Hoof Balance studies and the Lamellar Lucent Zone workflow

LLZ requires Membership from the first LLZ study. Standard checkout begins paid service immediately.

Payment Processing

DigiScan LLC is the merchant of record for all DigiHoof subscriptions. Card details are entered through the secure checkout and are not stored by DigiHoof.

We accept major credit and debit cards.

Recurring Billing

Monthly subscription plans are billed automatically on a recurring basis. Your subscription will renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You will receive an invoice for each billing cycle.

Managing Your Subscription

To update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your subscription, sign in and open Manage Subscription from your DigiHoof billing page. If it is unavailable, contact support@digihoof.com.

  • Cancel with no long-term commitment

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to DigiHoof through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
