Subscriptions are billed by DigiScan LLC.

Free and Paid Access

A veterinarian account includes Hoof Balance without a subscription. The optional paid plan is:

  • DigiHoof LLZ — $15 USD/month for the Lamellar Lucent Zone workflow

Payment Processing

DigiScan LLC is the merchant of record for all DigiHoof subscriptions. Card details are entered through the secure checkout and are not stored by DigiHoof.

We accept major credit and debit cards.

Recurring Billing

Monthly subscription plans are billed automatically on a recurring basis. Your subscription will renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You will receive an invoice for each billing cycle.

Managing Your Subscription

To update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your subscription, sign in and open Manage Subscription from your DigiHoof billing page. If it is unavailable, contact ali@trydigihoof.com.

  • Add or cancel LLZ access
  • Update payment methods
  • View invoice history
  • Cancel with no long-term commitment

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to DigiHoof through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
